White Varieties Riesling This Pennsylvania Riesling has apple and citrus notes with a touch of minerality. It is a balanced dry Riesling with plenty of acidity to handle a variety of flavorful foods. Think of pairing this with light meats or even spicy Asian or Mexican foods. This is our crisp, refreshing, versatile dry white wine.

Semi Dry Riesling Our semi dry version of Riesling has the same refreshing crispness and fruit of the dry Riesling, but is softened by a hint of sweetness on the tip of the tongue. This is an excellent wine with desserts, fruits or cheese.

2011 Pinot Gris This 2011 Pinot Gris is completely dry. This wine is a very smooth, clean, dry wine. It has a floral and apricot bouquet with a long pleasant finish. This is sure to be a favorite at any gathering.

Red Varieties Lemberger (Blaufrankish) Lemberger is a German red wine with no exact comparison. This Pennsylvania expression has the characteristic dark rich color of this variety. The nose is ripe fruit and a hint of oak. It is a dry red with a little peppery taste and a smooth finish. Think about pairing this with red meats or anything off the grill.

Red Table Wine We have blended hybrid American grape varieties with a little oak to be our everyday pizza wine. The aroma is similar to the uniquely American Baco grape. It is a fresh low acid dry wine with a deep red color.

Sweet Country Wines Sweet Country White The base grape of our sweet white wine is the Cayuga grape. It is clean and crisp with the right amount of acidity. Sweet fruit flavors make it an easy sipping chilled white wine. The 4% residual sugar gives it enough taste for your sweet tooth.

Sweet Country Red The De Chaunac grape is the base of this dark cherry red wine. It is sweet enough at 4% residual sugar for those who like their wine a little sweeter. This red wine is perfect with anything chocolate. If you are looking for a quality sweet red wine, your search is over.

Sweet Country Blush This is our party wine. It has a sexy blush color and tastes smooth as silk. A chilled glass of our blush wine is sure to warm some hearts any time of year. It is a lightly sweet, 3% residual sugar, fruity wine.

Sweet Country Concord The Concord grape produces a real grape aroma with a sweet taste. It is a traditional Pennsylvania grape. This is our sweetest wine and can be consumed alone or with a tasty dessert.

Sweet Country Niagara This is the wine everyone knows. It has a clear to slightly yellowish color and tastes full and fruity. Perfect for any type of food, or just lazing around any time of year. It is a sweet, full-grape flavored wine.
