Appetizer: prosciutto & phyllo wrapped asparagus with Spanish manchego cheese & almonds.

Pinot Gris 2013 –

First Course:  smoked salmon salad nicoise with haricot verts and a creamy Dijon vinaigrette

Reserve Pinot Noir 2014 –

Second Course:  balsamic onion tart with a spiced cherry chutney

Saperavi 2014 –

Third Course:  pork medallions in a vanilla-black pepper cream sauce with apple celery slaw & whipped Yukon golds

Late Harvest Riesling 2014 –

Dessert:  Cardamom-scented cheesecake with a pistachio crust & orange salad
