Old world varieties from the heart of Europe thrive in Central Pennsylvania.  We are passionate about our land.  We are uncompromising with wine quality.  Grapes are hand-picked.  We crush and press to tanks and barrels.  Traditional wine making is closely monitored in a clean environment.  This is not industrially produced commercial wine.
