This is a very slightly sweet at 1.8% RS. Our Riesling is smooth and crisp and golden yellow with fruit aromas.
The first harvest of Riesling from our vineyards is bright golden and dry with complex fruit aroma. RS 0.5%
Fully ripe Pinot Grigio has mixed floral and tropical aromas with balanced acidity and good body.
Golden yellow estate grown Riesling is sweet yet crisp, harvested later than our other Rieslings with higher sugars. RS 6%
Gruner Veltliner is a European style dry white wine with fruity and earthy aromas and bright color.
Pinot Grigio grapes are fermented in a traditional method with skin and stem contact giving it an orange color and complex nose.
Rose Saperavi is harvested before the fruit reaches red wine maturity and press after short skin contact to produce a bright complex pink wine IN-STATE SALES ONLY
Rose wines are harvested a little earlier than our red wines. We press these estate grown Pinot Noir grapes after overnight skin contact and produce an aromatic dry rose.
We blend this Pinot Noir after barrel aging for 1-2 years. The grapes are grown in the Buffalo Valley in Central Pennsylvania near Lewisburg.
After open top fermentation we age this wine in climate-controlled tanks and barrels for 18 months. This variety native to the Georgian Republic is dark red with bold acidity and will age well.
This sweet red blend is made from estate grown Pinot Noir, Lemberger and Saperavi. RS 8%. IN-STATE SALES ONLY
